Three Stars (Week 3)

Allan McPherson
I will not be counting the Ivy League players this week since they played in exhibition games. So, I am only counting players from Clarkson, Union, Quinnipiac,


First Star: Allan McPherson (Clarkson)
McPherson had a goal and an assist in both games this weekend against the Yellow Jackets, for four points total. He scored Clarkson's first goal of the game in both games.

Second Star: Nick Tremblay (Clarkson)
Tremblay tallied two goals and two assists in the Golden Knights' sweep over AIC. Both of his goals came in the third period.

Third Star: Jeremy Langlois (Quinnipiac)
Over three games this week, Langlois continued his hot start with two goals and three assists. He has tallied a point in all eight games this season, and is currently tied for first in the nation in scoring with 14 points (8g, 6a).

Honorable Mention:
Kelly Zajac (Union)
The senior center accumulated three points on the weekend (2g, 1a).

Jeremy Welsh (Union)
Welsh also had two goals (both on the PP) and an assist on the weekend for the Dutchmen.

Jeremy Langlois
Troy Grosenick (Union)
In his only game of the weekend, the sophomore netminder posted his first career shutout in Union's 5-0 win at RIT.

Paul Karpowich (Clarkson)
The Golden Knights goaltender made 57 saves on the weekend, including a shutout on Saturday night. 

Matthew Peca (Quinnipiac)
The freshman forward scored a goal in all three games this week, and added an assist against Bentley on Tuesday. He is currently riding a 7-game scoring streak.
