I'm hoping to pump up some ECAC Hockey fans with this video heading into the national tournament. No league team has made the Frozen Four sine 2003, and no team has won it all since 1989. But, maybe this could be the year that the streak is broken. We have two teams, Union and Cornell, to break this curse. Let's hope this is the year.
In 2003, the Cornell Big Red faced off against the Boston College Eagles in Providence, Rhode Island. The winner of this game would advance to the Frozen Four.
