Sunday Scoreboard (Week 13)

The Brown Bears with the Mayor's Cup, which is awarded annually to the winner of the Brown-Providence game each season.

There were six ties this weekend (if you count the SLU-Dartmouth tie as one tie, and count the shootout wins as ties)! Also, I have to say that Brown had the best weekend of any ECAC team, beating two Hockey East teams. They might be on their way to turning the corner and being more consistent. I hope they do, but they still have to prove it in the league stretch just like every other team. I can't wait for the second half to get underway next weekend. In this stretch we will really learn who are contenders and pretenders.

Also congrats to the Saints on winning the Ledyard Bank Classic tournament with two shootout wins, and to the Big Green for their 1,000th win in program history.
