ECAC Hockey in the National Polls (Week 8)

Colgate has jumped over Union in the INCH poll, and is just two spots behind them in the other polls.
The Big Red and Raiders seem to be earning a little more respect in the polls, but they're still behind Union (at least in the USCHO poll). Some have questioned why Union is on top because of their league performances so far, which I understand. They didn't have a great weekend, but you have to remember that they were without their starting goaltender (Troy Grosenick - sick), top offensive defenseman (Mat Bodie - injury), fastest skater (Matt Hatch - injury), and Kyle Bodie who plays on the Union power-play. I guess this argument will be solved in the first weekend in February when the Western New York teams travel to the Capital District.
